Do you know your key health factors?

Hello Everybody, wishing you a Happy & Healthy 2013.

So, how's your health? Do you know your key health factors that will help you make wise healthy lifestyle plans?

These include weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, and HIV status.

Today I tested HIV negative; my blood glucose & cholesterols were normal (but sneaking up with age).

Some extra effort on my healthy eating and back to exercise routine for me!
